NKD Facilities Management Consultants is committed to providing high-quality Facilities Management Consultancy services. Due to the customized and time-based nature of our services, we generally do not offer refunds once work has commenced, except as outlined in this policy.

2. Cancellations and Refund Eligibility

Before Work Commences:
Clients who cancel a project at least 5 business days before the scheduled start date may be eligible for a full or partial refund of any upfront fees or deposits paid, minus any administrative or preparatory costs incurred.

After Work Has Commenced:
Once project work begins, fees paid are non-refundable, except in the case of:

  • A failure by us to deliver services as outlined in the agreed scope of work

  • A mutually agreed termination of the project before substantial work is completed

  • Duplicate payment made in error

​

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Changes of mind after service commencement

  • Delays caused by the client or lack of necessary access/information

  • Partially used consulting hours or service packages

3. Deposits and Retainers

​

Where applicable, deposits or retainers are used to reserve time and resources. These are generally non-refundable unless canceled within the terms described above or if agreed otherwise in writing.

  • Your full name or company name

  • Project or invoice reference

  • Reason for the refund request

  • Proof of payment

All requests will be reviewed within 5–10 business days of receipt. If approved, refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
